Fight fans were pumped as soon as the main event matchup between Lemos and Marina Rodriguez was announced – and for good reason.

Both Brazilians are known for their striking and their high-paced, aggressive fighting styles. They brought that for the first two rounds of the bout, going back-and-forth with technical strikes. But Lemos came fresh off the stool to start round three with a bang.

Lemos landed an overhand right that appeared to hurt Rodriguez, she pressed the action by following that strike up with a flying knee attempt as Rodriguez retreated to the edge of the Octagon. Lemos then unleashed a combo of nothing put power strikes in a blitz that forced the referee to call an end to the bout.

It was extremely impressive and just showcased yet again that Amanda Lemos has game-changing power that she can unload at any time.
