Fresh from a thrilling Fight of the Night win over Iuri Alcantara in August, bantamweight up and comer Cory Sandhagen will make his first start of 2019 against hard-hitting contender John Lineker in a UFC Fight Night bout at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on January 19.

Headlining the event, which airs live on ESPN+, is the SuperFight pitting UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw against UFC flyweight champion Henry Cejudo in a five-round clash for Cejudo’s 125-pound crown.

Currently ranked sixth in the world, Brazil’s Lineker has gone 6-1 since returning to the bantamweight division, with his most recent wins coming against Marlon Vera and Brian Kelleher. In January, „Hands of Stone“ will tackle Colorado’s Sandhagen, a rising star who has won four in a row, including UFC victories over Austin Arnett and Iuri Alcantara.
