London, UK – With precisely 100 days to go until UFC’s return to London, England, the organisation has today revealed the first three bouts set to feature on the hotly anticipated fight card.

Tickets to UFC FIGHT NIGHT® LONDON, which takes place on Saturday March 17, 2018 at The O2, go on general sale on Friday, February 2 at 10 a.m. GMT via AXS and Ticketmaster. With tickets to UFC’s most recent trip to London selling out in under 30 minutes, fans are advised to secure their tickets as early as possible to avoid missing out.

The entire event will be streamed live internationally on UFC FIGHT PASS.

No less than three British fighters have today been confirmed to step inside the Octagon® on the night, as UFC makes its tenth visit to the English capital.

Top prospect Leon “Rocky” Edwards (14-3; fighting out of Birmingham, England) will look to secure his fifth straight UFC win in front of a home crowd, as he meets Poland’s Peter Sobotta (17-5-1; fighting out of  Balingen, Germany). With victories over the likes of Albert Tumenov, Vicente Luque and Bryan Barberena on his record, 26-year-old Edwards will be well aware that a win on the night could catapult him into the welterweight division’s top 15. For Poland-born Sobotta, meanwhile, a win would make it three in a row, cementing his place in the upper echelons of the 170lbs division.

Also added to the London card is Scottish light heavyweight Paul Craig (9-2; fighting out of Coatbridge, Scotland) who meets unbeaten Russian prospect Magomed Ankalaev (9-0; fighting out of Makhachkala, Russia). Craig, originally from Airdrie in Scotland, will be looking to bounce back from two tough losses, as he takes on another knockout artist in Ankalaev, who joins the UFC roster following three back-to-back KO/TKO wins.

English heavyweight Mark Godbeer (13-3; fighting out of Bridgewater, England) will also make his return to action on March 17 against a UFC newcomer in Dmitry Poberezhets (24-5-1, 1NC; fighting out of Lviv Oblast, Ukraine). Godbeer, who was last in action at UFC 217®: BISPING vs. ST-PIERRE just last month, will be looking to make it three wins in a row, as he competes inside the Octagon in the English capital for the first time. Poberezhets, meanwhile, will be hoping to make a lasting impression in his UFC debut and, with no less than 12 first round TKO/KO victories on his record, we can expect the Ukrainian powerhouse to be looking for a quick finish with which to upset the English crowd.
